Park Point is for the adventurer who likes to hike and walk a never ending lake shore. Its picturesque and exhilarating to see the huge ocean appearing lake fron Park Point which splits the two states of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Park Point has an incredibly beautiful long beach... that is often lacking many people. Lake Superior never really warms up to temperatures conducive to swimming but one can wade on warm days. Lots of sand to play in.

We were there in November and no one was there and it was beautiful, We never knew such a quiet place existed in Canal Park!

Do this! We also visited Vitte Pizza, the Enger Tower, the Chocolate shoppe and the Malt Shoppe, the Fitgers Mall, and the regular mall. What a fun day!!

Was windy and we got to see some large waves coming in. The sand is great. May be a little hard to walk through for some people.

It is beautiful. Sea grass and sand dunes and quiet. There is a changing area if needed. Lots of parking. There is a trail through the woods to a quiet section of beach. It's a great place to look for drift wood and enjoy nature.

Been traveling in the area for a few days and this was the first beach we have found that wasn't all rock. Nice sandy beach that our dog loved.
