During our family vacation in Duluth, we drove up to Spirit Mountain, and each of us rode on an Alpine Coaster down the mountain (and it brings you back up). You control the speed of your coaster, but you can ride it down full speed...More

Spirit mountain is my favorite place to visit when I'm in Duluth. It has something for everyone from mountain biking to a peaceful beautiful chair lift. If you go mountain biking bring you're own cuz it's expensive to rent bikes.

Just spent the weekend with friends camping in Spirit Mountain Campgrounds. The camp sites are spacious and private with many trees, picnic tables & fire rings. It was quiet & dark at night and just a short drive into Duluth. The only complaint we had...More

I didn't see any . Doubt it because they'd have to keep them clean. But lots of people brought in food.
