My friends and I biked from Duluth to Silver Bay. The Scenic 61 (Congdon Blvd) is very beautiful and great to bike as there is not much traffic and a wide shoulder.

And Betty’s Pies! Must stop and enjoy on 61 just outside of two Harbors to your left. Almost always a wait but worth it
