One of the best ways to see Duluth is to walk the lakewalk. You are right near Lake Superior, and get to see all it's beauty! There are plenty of food places and shops to stop for a bit to eat or shop right from there. I have lived in Duluth for 20+ years and still love it!

Stayed in Duluth three nights on a trip around Lake Superior! Found this place to have great views, lots of places to sit, and the walkways were kept clean. Lots of people utilize this space for exercise.

One day its freezing rain, snowing and the next 20-35 degrees and sunny. Intetesed in still participating in all winter activities? Well drive on up to Duluth, Mn. For sking, snow tubing, ice fishing, hiking, snow shoeing and great food and music!!

This place is great for everything year around. Even in the winter they do a great job of keeping it clear and you will see people on it at all times of day. Take it for the view, exercise, or to get to a location along the way. It's an amazing part of this city on the water.

Great place to get a workout or just a casual stroll. Very scenic and even some historical points to learn about along the way. Access to shopping and restaurant throughout the trail.

The wooden boardwalk is slightly elevated so you can usually keep your feet dry. Running parallel is the paved road for biking and using the 4-wheel pedal rentals (available in summer). The walk runs from the canal all the way up the lake shore past Fitgers. Beauty of a city walk.

It was unusually warm in February and we took advantage of this great walking path. It is well marked and has many places to sit and look at the beautiful lake. There are some war memorials along the way to look at as well. Very easy walk for anyone of any ability.

I went on a date with my girlfriend of 4 years and this was truly the best place to bring her. We went on a walk and there are plenty of places along the way to stop and admire the lake along with watch people jump of the "ice house"
