The park and tower view is very beautiful. If your not able to climb the tower, the park has many benches within the park along with picnic tables. Also worth your time to go on the back trails to see some breathtaking views.

This is a great place to get a gorgeous view of Duluth. Plus some walking paths to explore. It also connect to the Lake Superior Hiking Trail if you really want to go on a longer adventure.

The walk from the parking lot to the tower is not difficult. There are 5 flights of stairs in the tower with places to rest along the way.
