Cool tower in a beautiful park. Lots of stairs to climb but it was worth it for the view. Bring a jacket. It was very chilly and windy up there.

We visited on a very cold and foggy September day. Beautiful paths and Japanese garden. We are in the area for several days and hope to return here if the weather is clear.

We did this tower and park early in the morning. It is open 24/7. The views are fantastic. We also walked the park, and rang the peace bell. Very cool. The flowers were also very beautiful.

Fun free attraction in Duluth. The tower has 360 degree views of lake, hills and everything else. We watched a ship come through the channel, what a great vantage point. The park also has a small Japanese garden, nicely landscaped. Don't skip ringing the bell.

The walk from the parking lot to the tower is not difficult. There are 5 flights of stairs in the tower with places to rest along the way.
