If you can handle steps this is a must see and the gardens are great too. You need to climb a number of stairs. But at each level you can stop to look at the views. From the top you can see a long ways,...More

There were three weddings at the location when we got there. We were not allowed to visit certain areas as they were blocked out for the wedding party. Got a partial view from one of the lookouts.

Climb the tower for some of the most spectacular views of Duluth. The grounds are also very lovely and a popular spot for weddings.

We have been to Duluth many times and finally decided to check this place out. Wow... if you get a chance you must go, And its free, this tower has many steps but it worth it, Bit of a windy road and parking is limited.

Great way to view the city and take photos. Climb the tower for a unique view . Smaller park and easy to walk around .

The walk from the parking lot to the tower is not difficult. There are 5 flights of stairs in the tower with places to rest along the way.
