Just love this park located on the north side of Champlin on Highway 169. The northeast corner is near a small lake adjoined by a dam that flows from the mighty Mississippi. The Womens Garden Club of Champlin will continue to provide their services to the lovely flower gardens as well. Also lots of wildlife in this park as well!

Parking available, however parking is changing as they work on 169. Beautiful flower gardens to walk through. Fishing dock. Kind of noisy due to highway traffic.

This summer the city put in a new memorial for the veterans in the adjoining Vets park, dedicated to a ship named USS Frank E. Evans. Very awesome and near Mill Pond which is a very lovely pond great for fishing! Check it out!

Really cozy for a good walk. Just too many mosquitos in the evening.Close to the city, hyw 169 and close to many restaurants. Great to take a walk and visit

Recently moved to the City of Champlain and was pleased to find this beautiful park within 2 miles from my new home. The grounds are very nice, filled with gardens of flowers, stone. There is a historical bridge located on the south end of the property which was built in the 1930's. There is also a fishing pier located adjacent to State Highway 169 North which is accessible from that highway. It is a very small park but is adjoining to the local VFW Memorial park so there is alot of path to walk and nature to see!
