I play Black Jack table game and my wife plays the slot machines. For this trip to Traverse City, we managed to visit this casino twice. I consider myself still a novice at blackjack even though I've done it several times now. Seems each casino...More

The first thing that hits you when you enter the lobby is the stench of stale cigarette smoke. Very unfortunate as the staff is amazing, I can't believe they don't filter the air from the casino better...truly awful.

I would not come here again, this casino needs a lot of work. The entire building is poorly ventilated, SO much smoke in the air.

As far as casinos go in the northern half of Michigan, this is the nicest one by far. Solid selection of gaming machines; plenty of penny slots, nickel, dime, quarter, dollar and high stakes machines. Lots of table games that are quite crowded throughout most...More

As casinos go, I've visited many better. Turtle Creek is fine. Most of the dealers were pretty friendly. The clientele consists of mostly Northern Michigan hillbilly-types. I appreciated being able to play $10 blackjack. It was kinda weird when my girlfriend and I wanted to...More
