Took my grandson and my dog to check out the area and we had a great walk to lake 1. We both were tired by the time we got back to the car.

Marked trails take you through thick woods to little lakes that are fishable. Some decent hills to ascend and lots of squirrels and deer

Lots of trails to cross country ski or snow shoe. Trails are available for all ability levels. Have only gone there in the winter but I am sure it is a great hiking area as well in the non-winter months.
