We have driven past this place a million times and finally got around to taking a look. We thought the entry price was very reasonable. I was surprised at how much there was to look at inside. If you are interested in stones and fossils...More

We went with children of 12 and 17....and we're pleasantly surprised. It is well laid out and on two floors...not too restrictive for little ones. There were exhibits that could be touched....overall excellent for a private collection. Lovely shop too...worth a visit.

Fort William is a little disappointing, although the Nevis range is stunning. We spent an hour at this museum which was both interesting and educational. Lots of nice exhibits with a good gift shop. Worth a visit but won't take up lots of your time!
