So I couldn't find a listing for the American Legion playground (200 State St, St Ignace) so I figured I'd share my review here 🤷 We were traveling with our seven children, ages 1-14, and we'd just left Castle Rock and needed a place to...More

The shoreline walk is so beautiful. However, watch your step, as some of the walk needs some repair. It is a perfect walk after a lakeside meal or just for a sit by the water.

Nice place to fish and to go for a little stroll. There are plenty of benches and a kids playground.

Shoreline isn’t as rocky as American Legion Beach but both are filled with goose poop. Realize it’s nature but some sort of clean up schedule would be nice.

We walked from the Colonial House B and B, as we were catching Shepherds Ferry to the island for the day.

My wife and I liked the Boardwalk and the several places to stop and sit, like across the street from the ice cream shop.

This was a pretty walk but that is all that is there. Coming from the east coast our boardwalks have lots of things to do. Here it is a nice walk with a few restaurants and bars along the way. A nice walk after dinner.

Loved the boardwalk--all the way to the Flint lighthouse and beyond! Great addition to this city. Be sure and stop and read the signs. Very informative.

Lots of informative signs and walk is pretty as long as you are looking at the water. Back sides of many businesses and homes need some work.
