If Disney created a picture perfect French village this is how it would look. The whole place is slightly magical but due to crowds, best viewed in the evening.

Lovely village, interesting shops and places to eat. A place where the past melds with the present. Well worth a visit.

While visiting Brittany, and Normandy, we toured this very charming town. Only there for a day while on way back to Paris, but lovely flowers everywhere in annual competition with their neighbors for the best display. Interesting shops, and helpful people when looking for something...More

taken-from-a-postcard village. truth be told, it has been commercialized a bit due to mass of tourists, but still, it is beautiful and well kept with friendly people and beautiful environment.

It is an hour and 10 mins drive from Rennes. If you could get a train from Rennes to Questembert you could then get a taxi to Rochford.
