Very nice place to experience the old way of living. Ride a calesa to complete the experience. There were also shops were you can buy great souvenirs of your stay in Vigan.

One of the coolest places I have visited in the North. So historical and tons of things to buy too! Love it!

The place has rich history, and walking on its road feels seemingly like you are also walking in the past. The beauty of the old houses is truly enchanting. You'll find many things here, from the famous empanada, to the tasty bagnet and souvenirs.

After traveling 5+ hours to Vigan, Ilocos Sur, we arrived hungry. Ate a delicious early dinner at Max's Restaurant then walked along Calle Crisologo. The Spanish style buildings, cobblestone road, and the kelesas bring you back in time. We had some yummy Tongson's Royal Bibingka,...More

Only the kalesas are allowed to pass through the whole stretch of Calle Crisologo so you really feel that you’re in the Spanish era. Food and souvenir items are everywhere. Most of the shops only accept cash.

Im amazed to the place. One of the best oldest city besides taal. Even the restaurants like max, mcdo and 7-11 have old designs of the buildings. Its better to go here in early morning around 5-6am to avoid crowded time.
