My friend does not like this temple a lot. As per her, there are many other beautiful temples and monasteries in Bodh Gaya, then why should she love it. But I think despite the simplicity, it reflects Chinese culture and Chinese buddhism.

Avoid all these country-specific "temples". They have no historical or heritage importance. Instead they will eat up your precious time, that can be otherwise spent inside the Mahabodhi Temple.

Simple lines and sweet reverence to the Lord Buddha. Architecture and coolness offer a tranquil get away spot to meditate.

This temple, established by the Chinese, is reminiscent of Chinese artwork and architecture. The place is located right next to the Maha Bodhi complex and is well patronised.
