It is an obscure formation, a rock jutting 30 meters out from the ground, with shrubbery and aloe growing from it, but truly wonderful to see and the waterfall just to the right of it, at the same place. Worth the short walk.

This is R20 to view an interesting and very large rock formation. It doesn't take long and is a quick stop on your way to larger tourist attractions like Gods Window.

Nature at it's best!!! Lovely to see it although the people at the gate don't really give advice on how to go see the Pinnacle, you have to figure it out yourself!!! Not good for tourism!!!

We did this on the panorama drive. It's worth a quick stop but it really was just a rock sticking up in the canyon. (The later lookouts give you a much more broad view)

Well worth the time for a stop. On the same road as access to God's window. Views were stunning. Walk back to far viewing point also for waterfall views.

It's the starting off panoramic view. It's very beautiful; the rock is beautifully put by nature. A must see!

The Pinnacle Rock sits as a majestic king (or queen) at the start of the Blyde River. There is nothing to compare to it in its surroundings as it rises regally out of the bush and vegetation below. This rock is very tall, huge and...More

The structure is worth the visit! A short walk away also boasts a small waterfall into a nearby gorge.
