Nice affordable park. My family and I barbecued and swam in the beach. Not the most elegant parks, but good enough for me. The stupid seagulls are quite annoying however.

Beautiful view of lake. Beach sandy and clean. Nice breeze off of the lake. Very quiet but I was here on weekday so I can't tell about when its busy.

A very nice waterside park and campground, Lots of green space, and it was well maintained and cared for. Trails and quiet areas too.

Great campground, very clean nice restrooms and shower house. Spacious sites.Great view of lake Erie from my site. Plenty of trails, large beach. Reasonable prices. Great for families or couples or group of friends.

We came here very early in the morning and just relaxed by the water and enjoyed the view. It was unbelievably beautiful and the park was also very clean, including the bathrooms. I wish I had the whole day to relax here!

All Michigan State Parks have the same policy on camping. Unless you are the camp host, the longest you can stay in a single trip is 15 nights, then you must leave for at least 5 nights unless the supervisor of the park says... More

They open mid-April I think and I also believe 1 tent can be put on your site with your camper!

I'm sorry. don't know about winter hours, etc. I believe you can get in and walk around, but I'm unsure about a charge.
