A visit to Nelis' Dutch Village is like a step back into the Netherlands of over 100 years ago on a day when a festival came to town. Watch old Dutch craft demonstrations and Dutch klompen dancers. Taste 22 kinds of Dutch cheeses, beautiful Dutch architecture and listen to the Golden Angel street organ. Includes unlimited rides on the Ferris wheel, carousel and Dutch chair swing ride. Unique shopping, Dutch cafe and pub, and fudge and ice cream.

The tour guide made this visit much more interesting. The historical Netherlands and life before our modern age was explained.

Especially enjoyed the big street organ which played much of the time we were there. Good food. Attractive displays. Nicely costumed friendly staff. Activities for kids and older folks.

Hi Scott; Great in-depth review. Love the tips at the end. Question: What could we do to get that 5th star?

We brought our 1 year old during our family vacation though Holland and had a nice time. We spent maybe 2-3 hours and enjoyed our time. It's a good size for young kids.

My 5 and 2 year olds had an awesome time on all of the rides, petting the animals, and posing for pictures with the carriages and windmills. There is also a fun playground as well. Absolutely worth the visit.
