The ever expanding Gilmore Car Museum, hailed as one of the Top Five car museums in the nation, features over nearly extraordinary cars and motorcycles from all eras. The Automotive Heritage Center (about 150 vehicles) is Open daily year-round. The outdoor park-like campus of historic buildings (including 1930s gas station, working 1940s diner and several exhibit sturctures)are open April - Novemember.Museum exhibits range from cars of the 1890s to the classic Duesenberg, the elusive 1948 Tucker, to the muscle cars of the ‘60s and ‘70s. Located just off M-43 at Hickory Road near Hickory Corners (20 minutes northeast of Kalamazoo, MI)

This is a up scale car museum covering all years of cars from the horseless carriage to modern times. Don't miss the 50's diner and the shell garage.

Gilmore Car Museum is an excellent place to visit for anybody interested in automotive history. There is a diverse collection of cars that are well displayed. We allotted about 5 hours but could have easily spent the whole day.

This museum is off the charts wonderful. The variety of cars is amazing, the campus itself is so clean and the people are very friendly. There's so much to see plan on at least a half a day. The diners also serves really good food.

The closest nice hotels are Comfort in in Plainwell and Quality Inn in Battle Creek. Both are about 15 miles away.
