We had a wonderful day out with the family. This is a great place to take small children in large children alike. The animals are very well cared for and there's such a large variety to see.

We visit John Ball Park Zoo atleast once a year. It isn't huge and we are usually able to see everything in less then 2 hours. Pack a lunch and enjoy one of their playgrounds outside after you are finished strolling the park.

Dated and cruel. This zoo is sad joke and testament to the "Suburban Bias" that epitomizes West Michigan.

It's not as big as a major metropolitan zoo, but still good size. The animals appear well-cared for and have lots of space to roam. The management has expanded the outdoor exhibits over the years with the help of local donors. If you have kids...More
