Love going on the Michigan Princess for the GL Color Cruise in October. The colors are so beautiful, and the ride is so relaxing. Perfect for non-locals and locals alike. Take in the Grand River and beautiful foliage at the same time.

I was suppose to get married at Comerica Park but due to their short notice scheduling, I wouldn't have been able to get 150 family and friends to Detroit in 2 days notice. A friend of mine mentioned the Michigan Princess as a possible venue and I am forever grateful! The wedding was amazing. The food and staff were amazing... More

My wife and i went on a Sunday dinner cruise from 2-4pm so was good that didn't use the whole day but we had a good time. The band on this one was a couple of older guys who went table to table. The captain had a funny story to start the trip. The dinner was basically a turkey thanksgiving... More

We went for lunch. The musicians were good. They went table to table playing requests, which was a nice touch. The Captain of the boat was the owner and his tale of the history of the boat and his families dedication to it was quite interesting. The food was good and plentiful. The trip down the river was smooth and... More

I actually enjoyed the cruise. The Seacruisers were a great band and we danced all night. The food wasn't good...kind of a mediocre buffet, which could use a lot of improvement. That aside, it was a fun night!

I rated this a 3 because we did have fun. We went with a group. Like previous posts, there was a high school reunion and other groups. Pros: The band that played the night was very good. It played 60s, 70s, 80s Rock 'n Roll songs. It was great weather: late summer, the leaves beginning to turn color but warm... More

My husband and I knew the drummer On this particular cruise and that is why we chose to go . It was a big band cruise and I loved the music, but when we got to the boat it was 7:00 p.m. I knew there was going to be a class reunion on the boat but I thought earlier in... More

We came to do the River Cruise, here some music. We got there about 20 minutes before, not a lot of people there yet. We got drinks, went up stairs to a small deck in front and waited. And waited...more & more people came, we finally asked when they were cruising...15 min, then 1/2 hr... It gave us the time... More

Great way to enjoy 80s music! Buffet is usually standard but ok. Had better food when we arranged a small reunion on board. Fun way to enjoy an evening!
