Beautiful beach. It was busy busy while we were there. Get there early to get parking. Food trucks, playground, and volleyball nets are an added bonus.

This place is nice Beautiful beach, lots of volley ball courts, swimming, dogs allowed, just vert narrow lots, I would recommend, 2 lots side by side.. Great Lake breeze no bugs... Met some great people Must bring own fire pit.

We have been here at least 5-6 times. Beautiful place to spend the day, go camping or just hang out at the beach. My kids (7) and (13) look forward to every trip to grand haven to visit the state park

Great beach water cold but still fanstastic. After all it IS Lake Michigan :). Nice to have a restaurant right there on the water too. Bel Mar.

There is a picnic area adjacent to the beach, not directly on the beach. There's also a sheltered picnic area.

Just like Connie said....dogs are permitted at campsites. They must be quiet, on a 6 foot max. leash, and attended at all times. They are not allowed in park buildings or on the beach.
