Great place to spend a day or a week at the beach.

The singing sands of Lake Michigan make this a prime campground. Although difficult to get reservations, it is worth the stay

The younger kids enjoy playing in the sand and the older kids love swimming and riding the waves. I love that this is a state park so no fees if you have a state park pass. Plus the distance... Grand Haven has a beautiful, sandy beach. Lots of room for playing or just catching some sun and playing in the water. There are a number of volley ball nets set up and a nice playground. Campground is adjacent to the beach. Lots are somewhat small in size so if you have more than one vehicle, you will have to... More

Beautiful! Will remind you of the ocean only without all the dangerous creatures! Close to downtown and sunsets are amazing.

Great place to visit with lots to do. Several trips there the last few years with plans to return. Different seasons, different things to do. Blueberry season is great!
