- MightyVikingGirlFort Wayne, Indiana30 contributionsWow - massive storeThere’s no place else like this. So beautiful inside! Most of the ornaments are organized by interest like sports or hobbies, birds and even different countries and specific color groups. It is expensive though, some of their prelit-trees were over $700 and some ornaments were over $25 each. Still worth looking around. Plenty of reasonable priced items as well and a whole lot of beautiful decor to look at and choose from. Here’s a tip, they don’t open till 12:00 on Sundays and there was a line to get in. Worth checking their hours first and then getting there a little early if you’re going in the morning.Ingrid283, thank you for this kind review and recommendation! Glad to hear you had a good time while visiting our store. Our tree prices do vary greatly depending on size, lights, etc. We do feature some of our trees online but walking among them in the tree area is a whole other experience. Don't forget to grab a store directory from our info booth when you enter the store that way you know exactly where you are at and what there is to see as you are perusing the 2.2 acres of salesroom space.Written 28 October 2020This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited October 2020Travelled as a coupleWritten 25 October 2020
- electricpatj84 contributionsWe just can't visit Frankenmuth without spending time at Bronner's. They cater to very special requests. We get personalized ornaments at Bronner's every year. As the DW and I are now proud grandparents of six, we are delighted that Bronner's has a great selection to satisfy our desires. As an example this year, we made a choice of an ornament that essentially had six generic children's images. DW asked the artist at the personalization desk if she could add 'eyelashes' to three of the children. Large smile, and an "Of course!" Do you realize what joy you elicit with a genuine gesture? :) Love love love.Thank you for taking the time to leave this lovely review and recommendation, electricpatj, and congratulations on your six grandbabies! So happy to hear that we had an ornament to your desire that we could easily modify so those three beautiful little girls were represented. It is all about the small gestures! Can't wait for you and your wife to come back and see us again next year!Written 19 March 2020This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited February 2020Written 3 March 2020
- andrealenaPickerington, Ohio129 contributionsLOTS of ornaments! Mixed feelings about this store though.Bronner's claims to be the largest Christmas store. And it probably is. But their products are very heavy on ornaments, and not other Christmas stuff. The prices on trees or wreaths were outrageous. Ornaments were anywhere from $5 to about $15 (at least the ones I looked at), and there are a lotAAA that you can get personalized. (Be ready for a 45+ minute wait on personalization - but pretty neat to have your name on ornaments.) There is a LOT to look at in the store, and it's fun seeing all of the different ornament categories. Some of the ornaments are awesome, but some are cheesy and look cheap. There are Christmas lights everywhere, giving the store a very festive feel. I also love the giant Santa and snowman scenes outside to take photos with. The lights lining the roadway at night were fun. One thing that stood out to me was how unhappy most of the employees seemed to be. Only one or two that I interacted with were helpful or pleasant. The rest did not seem to want to be there. I wish there were different categories I could rate this store on, because I feel like 4 stars isn't accurate. I gave it that many stars because it is a unique store, I love Christmas ornaments, and the variety is astounding. But I would give the quality of some of the ornaments less stars, definitely less stars for the indifferent employees, and less stars because of high prices of some of the items in the store. I still recommend stopping though because it's so unique and Christmas is a special time.Andrea K, thank you for taking the time to leave this kind review and recommendation! I am happy to hear that you loved our ornament selection. Bronner's does have quite the variety. We feature over 50,000 items, including 8,000 styles of ornaments, in our 2.2 acres of salesroom space. On a sad note, I am sorry to hear that you didn't think our employees were up to par and that you were disappointed with our prices. We do run price checks to make sure our prices are competitive and comparable with others on the market. If you ever see the exact product elsewhere at a regular, lower price, please let us know. Thank you!Written 8 December 2021This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited November 2021Written 6 December 2021

I challenge anyone to look for a Christmas gift and not find it! Giant store, personalized items and have a restaurant inside?

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and for sharing your photo, rhondadostal! You picked out one of our exquisitely detailed ornaments that is mouth blown and hand painted in Poland. Top of the line and so beautiful! On a sad note, I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our prices. We do feature over 50,000 trims and gifts for all seasons, reasons and budgets. Many of our items sell for under $10, and two-thirds sell for under $20. We try to make sure our prices are competitive and comparable with others on the market. If you ever see the exact product elsewhere at a regular, lower price, please let us know. We do carry other kayak ornaments in-store and online that run between $7.99 and $17.99 along with various Santa ornaments, ranging from $7.99 and up.

This store has just about any kind of Christmas ornament you could want, and then a few you’ll pick up because they are so unique! Some don’t cost that much, others do, depending on how and what they’re made from. Plus they actually carry some Halloween items and other seasonal offerings throughout the year. This store was the main reason my mom wanted to go to Frankenmuth and made the trip worth it.

It’s so fun to wander through this Christmas store. They have ornaments to fit any theme along with nutcrackers, Santa’s and your typical Christmas decor. The items are a bit pricey.

This place is awesome I could have spent all day in there and when broke. Was only in there just about 1/2 hour and didn't even go through the whole store there was so much more to see. We just didn't have the time. But definitely worth the visit and plan on going back.

It’s Christmas what could you not love about it? We went during off season and during the week and are so thankful we did. We got to enjoy this huge store without bumping into people or waiting in ridiculously long lines. As a bonus for any nursing moms, they have a family restroom that has a nice changing table and a chair so you can nurse your child comfortably and in a private area.

Our hotel was in the parking lot of this wonderful Christmas Store. We spend many hours and dollars in this shop. Loved the layout of store so you could easily find what you wanted. Associates were always present to guide you to the right area. Beautifully lit up at night.

Do you supply electric scooter chairs for customers to use?
Hello, Jacqui! Bronner's does not have motorized chairs to use, but we do make regular wheelchairs available to our guests at no charge. If you don't want to haul your scooter all the way from Indiana and a manual wheelchair will not do, another option is to contact Leslie Rental in Frankenmuth at (989) 652-6693. They rent motorized carts and will arrange a delivery and pickup. Hope to see you soon!

How long is the average wait in line to get in? Due to COVID restrictions, I have heard it takes awhile before you can enter.
Thank you, Jennifer, for the question. The Governor of Michigan just raised retail capacity for stores our size so we are now allowed 5x's what we were able to until now, so not anticipating much if any wait in next few weeks.

Hello, is there public transportation between Bronners and the village of Frankenmuth?
MbS
Frankenmuth, MI
There is a shuttle that runs between Zehnder's restaurant and Zehnder's Splash Village (which is right next door to Bronner's) that might be an option, but there is no public transportation.
I was just wondering if your store is pet friendly or not?
Hello, Thomas E! Because we serve food in our Season’s Eatings snack area, health department regulations do not allow for animals in the store except for service animals (leader dogs, etc.). Thanks for the understanding!
