I grew up in Michigan, so I have shopped at Bronner’s on multiple occasions. I enjoy all the displays of Christmas trees. There are so many themed Christmas ornaments that the decorating ideas are endless. They will assist you with shipping your purchases if you live long distance.

This place was a great stop. They everything you can imagine. Plan on spending a few hours here. But come back at night when everything outside it lighted up. It is a great drive thru.

ChristineBrown92, thank you for this kind review and recommendation! I am so happy to hear that you had a wonderful time while visiting. I agree on the outdoor lights. One of my favorite things for sure. Every evening at dusk until midnight Bronner's ½-mile Christmas Lane is illuminated with over 100,000 lights. Amazing view that will definitely get anyone in the Christmas spirit!

It’s a nice place but once you get passed the novelty of the entrance, it really didn’t live up to the hype. It was basically just rows & rows of overpriced ornaments (mostly plastic)
It took us about 2 hours to go through the entire store. There was some cool stuff but it was hard to find.

Danielle B, thank you for taking the time to leave this review! I am so sorry to hear that you had a less than stellar experience. Bronner's does feature trims and gifts for all seasons, reasons and budgets with many of our items selling for under $10 and two-thirds selling for under $20. Our exclusive glass ornaments from Hungary are always a fan favorite.

This is a Frankenmuth must each time we go. We don't necessarily purchase each time but just enjoy the walking through the entire place. Everything and anything Christmas along with a few other holidays as well.

Thank you, 123Wren, for this wonderful review and for making us a part of your trip each time! Not only is there a lot to see inside the store but don't forget about outside. Every evening at dusk until midnight Bronner's ½-mile Christmas Lane is illuminated with over 100,000 lights. It is surely a sight to behold!

Very impressive place. I didn’t know Christmas could be done so many different ways. Several walls of celebrities’ pictures who have been there.
It was not cheap to buy things but not exorbitant either.

Thank you, petebX8701DZ, for this kind review and recommendation! Glad to hear you enjoyed our large, varied selection of items (just over 50,000, including 8,000 styles of ornaments). We feature trims and gifts for all seasons, reasons and budgets with many of our items selling for under $10 and two-thirds selling for under $20 that way everyone can take home a treasure or two! Hope you can come back and see us again!

This large warehouse of a store has absolutely everything Christmas in all colors and styles. Need a new nativity? At least 50 choices. Need a Labrador retriever ornament? At least a dozen choices. Need a customized ornament? Dozens of choices. I got dizzy walking around looking at everything, but started my Christmas shopping earlier than ever, in April!!

I recommend splitting a visit into more than one day. It is truly overwhelming in size.
Find a map when you get there. I wish I had one when I started.
Leave the hubby at the hotel and only take a teen who is truly interested.
Not a place for littles who aren’t in strollers and leave the boys who love to shove and push at the hotel too.
Great place for mom to go alone.

Thank you for this kind review and recommendation, 3hutts! We do offer a store directory when you enter the store at our information booths that way you know exactly where you are at and what there is to see as you are perusing the store. If you missed picking one up there, don't be afraid to ask a sales associate as you are walking throughout the store and they will grab one for you. Glad to hear that you got some well-deserved alone time. I can't think of a better place to be for that! :) Hope you can come back and see us again!

Very disappointed this year! We go to Bronners every year and I usually bring the grandchildren to see Santa there. Unfortunately for the 2 nd year in a row NO SANTA! I understand this is due to Covid but it certainly should have been very clear on the website Santa would not be there. It seems they didn’t bother to stock new merchandise either… again probably due to covid. The staff I encountered were rude and very unhelpful and all this after waiting outside for over an hour. I will make different plans next year!

Thank you, Z5123Lltracyk, for leaving this review and for letting us know your concerns. I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your store experience and have shared that with management. Our website does state that "Bronner's will not be hosting Santa visits in 2021", but Santa and Mrs. Claus will be doing a couple Facebook lives where you and your family can join from home as they partake in festive crafts, games, sing-alongs, etc. Also if you are ever unsure about something or want more information before you make the trip to the store, please feel free to call and our receptionist will be more than happy to assist you. As for the merchandise, we are experiencing global supply chain problems like other grocery stores and retail businesses are. We are still waiting on delayed containers for merchandise to arrive that was placed at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately it is a real struggle and very much out of our hands. I sure hope you reconsider and give us a second chance. Thanks!

Bronner's claims to be the largest Christmas store. And it probably is. But their products are very heavy on ornaments, and not other Christmas stuff. The prices on trees or wreaths were outrageous. Ornaments were anywhere from $5 to about $15 (at least the ones I looked at), and there are a lotAAA that you can get personalized. (Be ready for a 45+ minute wait on personalization - but pretty neat to have your name on ornaments.)
There is a LOT to look at in the store, and it's fun seeing all of the different ornament categories. Some of the ornaments are awesome, but some are cheesy and look cheap. There are Christmas lights everywhere, giving the store a very festive feel. I also love the giant Santa and snowman scenes outside to take photos with. The lights lining the roadway at night were fun.
One thing that stood out to me was how unhappy most of the employees seemed to be. Only one or two that I interacted with were helpful or pleasant. The rest did not seem to want to be there.
I wish there were different categories I could rate this store on, because I feel like 4 stars isn't accurate. I gave it that many stars because it is a unique store, I love Christmas ornaments, and the variety is astounding. But I would give the quality of some of the ornaments less stars, definitely less stars for the indifferent employees, and less stars because of high prices of some of the items in the store.
I still recommend stopping though because it's so unique and Christmas is a special time.

Andrea K, thank you for taking the time to leave this kind review and recommendation! I am happy to hear that you loved our ornament selection. Bronner's does have quite the variety. We feature over 50,000 items, including 8,000 styles of ornaments, in our 2.2 acres of salesroom space. On a sad note, I am sorry to hear that you didn't think our employees were up to par and that you were disappointed with our prices. We do run price checks to make sure our prices are competitive and comparable with others on the market. If you ever see the exact product elsewhere at a regular, lower price, please let us know. Thank you!

Do you supply electric scooter chairs for customers to use?
Hello, Jacqui! Bronner's does not have motorized chairs to use, but we do make regular wheelchairs available to our guests at no charge. If you don't want to haul your scooter all the way from Indiana and a manual wheelchair will not do, another option is to contact Leslie Rental in Frankenmuth at (989) 652-6693. They rent motorized carts and will arrange a delivery and pickup. Hope to see you soon!

How long is the average wait in line to get in? Due to COVID restrictions, I have heard it takes awhile before you can enter.
Thank you, Jennifer, for the question. The Governor of Michigan just raised retail capacity for stores our size so we are now allowed 5x's what we were able to until now, so not anticipating much if any wait in next few weeks.

Hello, is there public transportation between Bronners and the village of Frankenmuth?
MbS
Frankenmuth, MI
There is a shuttle that runs between Zehnder's restaurant and Zehnder's Splash Village (which is right next door to Bronner's) that might be an option, but there is no public transportation.
I was just wondering if your store is pet friendly or not?
Hello, Thomas E! Because we serve food in our Season’s Eatings snack area, health department regulations do not allow for animals in the store except for service animals (leader dogs, etc.). Thanks for the understanding!

I suggest you go to Chamber of Commerce get the discount booklet. They also have a discount booklet at Birch Run where the bathrooms are at. This is where you get percentage off a lot of stores and free ornament at Bronners
Is there normally a line for Santa when you first open at noon on Sundays? What is the average wait time for a visit?
Stephanie N

The closer it is to Christmas, the longer the wait. Last weekend before Christmas, wait times are anywhere from 60-90 mins long. But with a little patience, worth the wait. Enjoy!

Hello, I am looking for a color wheel, I have a white Christmas tree like in the 1950's. and I am also looking for outdoor lights that are on a web and can be thrown over bushes. also is there a airport close to you in case I want to visit in the spring? Thank You
BronnersMgmt
MI2 contributions
Thanks for your inquiry. Currently our color wheels are out of stock, but likely expected again May or June. If you wish, you could call to place a backorder. We do have the "net lights" in stock at this time, both led white and multi. Closest airports would be either Flint Bishop or MBS International; Lansing Capital, or major hub Detroit Metro would be a bit further depending on what flights you could possibly get direct or not out of your closest airport.
