Great riverside park with well maintained lawns etc. Shady trees and open lawn areas make it great for family and children except for irresponsible dog owners who allow their dogs to run amok. Way to spoil a great place!

We regularly walk through this park whilst walking around the bridges. We start from Windan Bridge and follow the path along East Perth over the Perth Causeway and pass by Burswood on our way back to cross back to Windan. Went for a walk around the park one morning early, went over to the new cricket stadium being built and onto towards the race Couse, what a lovely experience, watch out for the crazy cyclists on the paths!

Burswood Park is beautiful. It is located within the Burswood Entertainment Complex, where the casino is. The park is on the foreshore and is a gorgeous place to take a long walk around. If you bring bikes, you can travel quite far. There are free electric barbecues provided, should you wish to cook up a meal whilst there.

Heaps of building work going on at the moment but this is normally a lovely place to walk and very popular with the locals. Great views across to the city and down the river towards the new Perth stadium.
