Very different from the usual heritage villages around Australia...It is filled with actual photographs and names of people associated with the history of the area and in particular about the kids who boarded at the school that is now the heritage house...

I have been here a couple of times now and still haven't managed to see it all. The Information Centre answers all your questions regarding the local area and the gardens are well worth the visit themselves. The $5 admission fee is the best value...More
