We just went on Sept 14 for The Martin Wedding. The outside ceremony was a nice touch. Staff was friendly. They walked us through the rehearsal the day before. After the Wedding there was a campfire made for us to toast marshmallows. Great place for a Wedding, I loved it..

I had my wedding here and was not happy. The owners were rude to my family and guests. They were not very helpful either. For the amount of $$ it costs I expected better customer service.

No-One named Angie has been married here in the past year. Of the hundreds of glowing testimonials we receive regularly, about once a year we receive a negative and there is usually a lot more to the story that isn't reported. The only time the owners or hosts may be perceived to be rude is when guests are observed smuggling... More

I can't comment on the owners attitude but from my perspective it was great. The gazebo in the grove of trees is an incredibly pretty setting for a wedding. My daughter enhanced the reception hall with strands of white lights which made it absolutely beautiful for the evening. The bonfire- an extra- a few hundred feet from the main building... More

Get your Tree early. They sell out quickly. A lot of weddings are held there. As I live less than a mile away I always look at the message board to see what names are posted for weddings, graduation or office parties. Close to route 146, 146a and 122.

I had my wedding here. My first impression when touring the place was that it was completely beautiful and the perfect location. On the day of my wedding I had numerous family and friends tell me that the owner and his wife were following them around and treating them like children. They yelled at my 6 year old nephew and... The only guests that have ever been followed are those that have been repeatedly observed leaving the hall with empty glasses and returning with full glasses from coolers in car trunks. There are signs making it very clear that outside alcohol is not allowed. We have never yelled at anyone’s children. If we thought they were in danger we would... More

Two years ago our family started looking for a place for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah. We found Arrowhead Acres online, and while we loved it, we were concerned about some of the reviews we read. We went to look at the venue and found the outdoor Chapel to be perfect for her ceremony and the inside to be perfect for... More

I had my wedding here May 25th. It was nasty weather and they allowed us in at 9 am that day for our 6 pm wedding, which gave me plenty of time to micro manage setup and still get ready. My husband and I are both Army Aviation Officers, and they were extremely helpful and respectful with our military traditions... More

My husband and I are so grateful to have found Arrowhead and to have had our wedding here! We live in Nebraska, and we were able to plan from 1500 miles away. They were accommodating with making time for my husband and parents to visit when we were in town. The place is BEAUTIFUL! I could not have imagined a... More

Beautiful place to have your wedding but watch out for the staff. The woman who maintains the place is down right nasty and mean. Once they have your money everything changed!! Again beautiful place and we loved the outside sanctuary but the staff will be tough to deal with prior and after the wedding service

I was shocked to receive your complaints since we have such a fine record of past and current service with numerous testimonials to document that service. In addition we and our staff bent over backwards to provide you with more services than you paid for. We have received glowing testimonials from customers praising all the individuals that you and your... More

I had my wedding here. When looking at the place the owner and his wife were very nice. Once we paid they turned into royal jerks. They wouldn't let our decorators dress up the place without badgering them and making up prices for decorating early in the day until my bride called the owner to complain. They do not allow... When the decorator called one or more days ahead of the wedding she was told that if she came in other than the day of the wedding she would be charged $50 per hour for an employee to be available, doors to be unlocked, alarms to be turned off, air conditioning, and lights too be turned on, etc.. If she... More
