Amedzofe is actually full of history. The role Amedzofe played during tge Ashanti wars to the German possession of the which atually gave birth to the contruction of Amedzofe Teacher Training College in the year 1880s. Much of this history still live through the stories...More

Get your Own Snacks and enough when in Groups to avoid any disappointments. Very nice Tourist Site which soon shall be developed by the local Tourism Group of the Town. Some more amenities required. Great Experience with my Kids.

Its a good exercising climbing the mountain Gemi to the peak of it.The Volta plain and the surrounding towns can be viewed.Its beautiful scenery.

It a breath taken-experience to view the sun rising or setting from Mount. Gemi. It also has a very beautiful weather. its a must visit when anyone visits Ghana.
