My wife and I dropped by the Highland Lighthouse during a visit to Cape Cod based upon a recommendation in our guide book. Being the end of season, it was fairly quiet and while it was worth visiting, it was not particularly exciting and looked...More

The lighthouse, also called the Cape Cod Light, was relocated to this spot. It is well-kept and has a number of displays and videos explaining the history of the light.

It could not have been more spectacular with the colors in the sunrise & the cloud formations above the lighthouse. Great for picture taking. Also it is right on a golf course so that added a nice addition

If you've never been to Highland Light, you have to go! It's more than a lighthouse. There's a very interesting museum located in the building, and during certain times of year they offer guided tours of the lighthouse. A lot of history, a lot to...More
