I must admit that I was rather disappointed in this attraction purely because it was all sectioned off and big signs up about private land and no trespassers. The walk from Main Street is nice and although fairly steep you come across the Glacial Potholes...More

It was amazing to see these falls in the middle of the town just short walk from the main street of the town. We took some pictures and overall it was great short adventure.

This is also known at the glacial pots. Very near the Bridge of flowers. Don't miss this town on a good weather day. Nice walk. Good for available and quaint shops. Friendly people.

Salmon Falls was the original name given to the area by the Native Americans, presumably the Mohawks and Penobscots. It was a wonderful fishing area for salmon and shad as well as a hunting area. In order to keep peace in the area, the tribes...More

This is really the same place as the Pot Holes. I wouldn't go out the way to see this but I would stop if your in Shelburn Falls for some reason.

Had a great afternoon diving into the fresh (cold!) Deerfield River. Great spot for enjoying the view, chatting with "locals" and having a classic Americana afternoon!
