beautiful weather and less crowded. Awesome places to eat, views and shopping! We went right before a lot of places were closing for the season which meant more discounts.

Had a ton of fun walking around commercial street lots of shops some were closed (about 40%) due to shoulder season. But it wasn’t busy so we will take it! One way traffic so parking on another st is a must! Lots to do!

I am not sure. When I drive from DC I always have private parking with the place I stay at.
