Biking trails are very nice. Round trip to beach is a good ride. If you complete all the trails and back to B&B, about 20 miles or so.

Really nice bike path through the dunes. Challenging enough for exercize, but kid friendly too. Reommended.

A beautiful ride. don't let anyone tell you the cape is flat because this ride is hilly. Nothing that even a beginner can't overcome but never the less hilly.

I want to reiterate what I wrote earlier about the Provincelands Trail which I consider Beech Forest is a part. It is refreshing to be surrounded by nature, hear the birds chirpping and just the beauty of the foliage.

We aren't dog owners, so I can't speak from experience. I tend to agree with the other responders, though.
