I have seen better high school plays. How this place can call it's self a theater is beyond me. Not only is, the acting, costumes and set design amateur but the actors are rude and insulting.

You've got to know that Provincetown is going to do theater in its own inimitable way -- lots of out-there laughter, only a passing interest in fancy creature comforts, real artistic talent, and a sense of community that was touchingly warm even in mid-February. Bravo!

Went to see "Thoroughly Modern Millie" - which was just average, relied too much on predictable humor and hamming it up too much (less is more; use your creativity for laughs instead of going for the easy jokes over and over). Also, the volume was...More

If you get a chance to see these guys perform it is worth it. A unique blend of 4 very handsome young men, 4 string instruments, and a blend of classical and modern music. The concert - all energy and fun.

This theater is not the Provincetown Repertory Theater (which doesn't exist), but the Provincetown Theater. We have been to numerous plays here, and the acting is always superb. The latest one was "Venus in Fur," and it was acted by two who got all the...More

Saw the production of Rent. The quality of the performances was Broadway and we have seen Rent on and off Broadway. We had front row seats and were only separated from the performers by a few feet. Quite an intimate venue.

Loved the location, but went to see a play and the chairs were so uncomfortable. Unless you are high up and in the middle, you can't see what is going on on the stage. The stage is so tiny, that everything is crammed together. It...More

We saw the production here and it is very intimate. If there is something which interests you take the time to go. You won't be sorry.

We viewed a local community theater production of BENT. All volunteer cast. The production quality was excellent. The cast did an awesome job. This venue is a great place to see amateurs and professionals in great theater action on the outer Cape.

Shows at the Theater are well done, and the house is good because none of the seats are bad. Great lighting and sound systems. Go see a show are two!
