My sister and I booked a stay at the Race Point Lighthouse and were totally impressed by its beauty. You can stay at the keeper's house just a few feet away from the lighthouse. The lighthouse is wonderful and is really kept in good shape....More

This lighthouse is the northernmost on Cape Cod. It was first built in 1816. It had a Fresnel lens until is was automated in 1972. You can rent the keeper's house or the whistle house for vacation rentals.

Usually stop here when going to Race Point Beach - which we usually do via bikes (either our own or one we rented in town). It provides a great view of the wide open ocean and is right on the beach.
