The Button Collection is world class. So many unusual and unique treasures here. Anyone interested in history or lovely objects will be delighted by this museum. There are hiking trails and this site is home to the community gardens as well.

Only open on specific Sundays, but well worth your while to put on your calendar for a day trip. The collector of these buttons found a lot of "mosaic" buttons. You really must look at them with the provided magnifiers to see the many tiny mosaic pieces that make up the pattern on each button. My husband enjoyed the room... More

We just came back from a visit to the Keep Homestead Museum on Ely Rd in Monson,Ma.Here they have a fascinating display of over 8000 buttons in all categories. Keep Homestead Museum offers very authentic and carefully preserved aspects of life in a New England Farmhouse, but it also is one of the premier button museums in the U.S. The mosaic buttons alone are worth a visit to the small New England town of Monson.

Very nice grounds with walking trails. Excellent antique button collection. Nice homestead museum. Open on a limited basis, but has open houses and programming once a month for most of the year.

If you like, collect, or just want to see many beautiful buttons this is the place to go to. The Museum was the home of Myra Keep. She was an avid button collector.
