My wife and I loved walking along the beach listening to the unique sound the waves made on the sand. Not crowded at all, and dog friendly. Very romantic.

Best beach within 50 miles of Boston. City-dwellers can take 45 minute train and walk to gorgeous beach with sand that "sings" under your feet. Water on the chilly side

Not really, only a few. We've been to wingaersheek this summer as well and didn't have any issues there either.

Same here, it was Winter when we went there and no one was around so the parking lot near the beach was completely empty.
