Lots of great trails and they are kept clean! My favorite hike is one that ends at Chocolate Springs Cafe! (Theres a trailhead right in the back of the parking lot. )

We were told to go walk here while visiting the Berkshires. They have several trails; however, the parking lot is in a remote section. The trails are all uneven terrain, which is an issue for us 70-year-olds. Not safe. We ended up finding an alternate...More

If one stays in the Tanglewood area for concerts and one wants to stretch the legs to get some exercise in, go there. It is nothing special.

No. Try nearby Pleasant Valley (Mass Audubon) instead. They have a lovely all access path that would be more suitable.
