Quick tour - self-guided, but very interesting to us! This business and factory tour reminded me of what made America! Home grown business -- When I first found this tasty chip while visiting the Cape I looked for it where I live in Sullivan County Catskills - I couldn't find them and was so disappointed. A couple of years later... More

Self-guided Tour of the Cape Cod Chip Factory includes a tour guide with some information to read while you walk down the hall pass windows looking into the factory and observing how potato chips are made. The tour ends at the Gift Shop where you get a little bag of chips. We also bought some neat designer flavors like Gouda... More

We had to go while in cape cod. We walked the hallway and watched the chips being made. Then had some fresh chips at the end. It was neat to watch, but I don't think the short little kids could see everything or understand what was going on.

This is a short, self guided tour of the chip factory. Basically you walk donw a window lined halway that shows you the production floor fo the chips from start to packaging. There is a gift shop at the end (of course) where you get a free snack bag of chips and can purchase full sized bags of different flavors.

My husband and I were leaving The Cape and decided to stop at the Cape Cod Chips factory for a tour. We spent about 20-25 minutes here and it was interesting. It was like being in the television show "How It's Made" for a brief time. The kids who were in another group were so excited to see the chips... More

This is a great place to visit and tour a business which grew tremendously over the years. Best chips I have ever eaten!

My family came here for the tour of the factory. It was short, but a great experience to see how the chips are made, what ingredients are used, and the entire process of how we end up getting the product. At the end we got a free bag of chips too.

A self guided tour down a long hallway with a glass wall through which you can watch the potato chip manufacturing process. The workers all seem quite happy in their employment here and sometimes wav at you as if you're their best friend in the world. The chips are available for purchase at the end in the gift shop, along... More

So my toddler loved visiting and loved the "tato chips" but I thought it was rather plain, dated and blah. Worth the visit on a rainy day or looking to kill about 30 minutes between activities in the area. As far as tours go, its really low quality but as far as being entertaining and educational for small children, its... More

This was the only place openp, and I'm glad we went. The factory offers a short walk-thru tour of the factory. In the gift shop, you can get a free small bag of original chips. The tour was not long at all. The whole tour was one hallway.
