Yes, there is drinking water from drinking water stations scattered throughout the campsite. We drank this while we were there and were just fine. If you want to be sure, ask the park staff which faucets have drinking... More

No. They sell firewood mat the front gate. (Mass does not allow you to bring firewood into state parks.) . There is a general store in Goshen, about 2 miles from the park entrance which sells canned and boxed groceries... More

It's public water so a Mass freshwater fishing license is required . In reality almost any body of water in New England requires a fishing license including inshore marine .
