First time to the National Seashore (sad as I've lived in Boston for many years) and really enjoyed the beach with my daughter here. Minimal walking from the shuttle/handicapped parking. Nice beach services (showers, bathroom) nearby. I'd definitely come again. It fills early and can't...More

Such an amazing beach! Always a different experience! The beach is long and sandy, So it is perfect for walking. Also when you walk, go to the right side. The seals are unbelievable. You won't be disappointed!

A great beach to go to for the day. Parking is off site, but a shuttle takes you and your parafanalia to the beach for an enjoyable day in the waves and water.

There have been tremendous changes in the beaches along the Outer Cape in the last few years. Coast Guard beach, with its imposing dunes, wide expanses at low tide, and endless horizons is one of the loveliest places you can visit on the Cape.

Great beach. Almost always good surf. Wide beaches. Relatively uncrowded. Great walks. At end of local bike path. Only drawback is parking not allowed during day unless handicapped (great for handicapped bad if you have the young kids). Instead there a nearby shuttle (back light...More

Our visit to Coast Guard Beach was a delight, beginning with the gray seals curiously watching us from just off shore. We also enjoyed the gull and tern dramas unfolding around us ('tis nesting season!) and were treated to the rare appearance of a Piping...More
