It was closed, the sign was removed and upstairs tenant confirmed it wasn't operating any longer. We were very disappointed after reading the great reviews.

Attempted the hike up from the center of town because we had a couple of young star wars fans in the group. Found the address but the building was locked and there no longer appears to be a sign out front. The telephone in this listing goes to a fax.

We misstimed a visit to the Arconti museum and turned up a full two hours before opening time. Amazingly, the owner opened his doors and welcomed us anyway and proceeded to walk us around his fabulous collection of interesting American memorabelia - explaining everything enthusiastically and with great knowledge. Definitely something for all the family and well worth a visit!

We stopped in on a quiet day to see this museum and got a personal tour from the owner's daughter. Very interesting! No particular theme except American artifacts and memorabilia - from currency and peace pipes to Star Wars figures and original drawings from Charlotte's Web. Behind the museum is a cemetery with graves dating back to the early 1800s.... More

I was treated to a very nice surprise visiting this unique museum. The historical relics are rare and so interesting. There are original sketches from Charlotte's Web, many Titanic relics, a large currency collection and even some Star Wars figures! Mick Arconti has a true love... More

See up close some extraordinary memorabilia from the Civil War era to a 1960's Harley with side car. A real letter from a Titanic survivor, and actual drawings from the Illustrations of Charlotte's Web. Kids will love the Star Wars life size figures. Put together beautifully and very informative, you're bound to learn something new. The owners take great pride... More

We happened upon this special collection and were thrilled with our experience. The Arconti's exhibit their collection in a meticulously elegant and intimate setting. Mr Arconti shared his personal experiences with us and we were awed by the range of his interests; from his harley daviidson to his charlotte webb illustrations to his exhibit on us currency and the real... An ecclectic and fascinating collection the whole family will enjoy. Owner and curator Mick Arconti is passionate about history and gives an engaging tour. The museum has something for everything, from early currency to pop culture. This is a wonderful alternative for families who have had enough beach and mini-golf!
