Cape Cod is a special place with a huge amount of natural diversity. The "Elbow" of the Cape is one of my favorites. This was actually my first visit to the Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge. It was a short weekend and a beautiful Saturday in...More

Small parking area and somewhat difficult for us to locate. The park has a small walking trail and beach access where at low tide you can walk for miles. Although we did not see any seals here, there were plenty of sea birds around the...More

Small nature center with free but smaller parking area, great views, lots of steps leading down to the beach. Definitely worth exploring!

Enjoyed the self walking tour around the beach/sound areas. Many nesting birds and numerous skeletal horseshoe crabs. Excellent views all around.
