This is a really nice trampoline park. I am only reviewing the little leapers program. My older son is almost two and had a fun time. It was his first time here so he was a little apprehensive at first then became excited on he got the idea of things. It was affordable and it was a nice place to take a toddler. The only thing I would change is the volume of the music during little leapers. It was definitely a little loud for little kids. The only other thing that could be improved is that I saw a few parents with children probably less than one who let their kids crawl around without the skyzone socks and the parents chasing behind them without the skyzone socks. That should probably be enforced a little better to avoid serious injuries for those people and the people flowing the files.

Clean and lots of space. They just opened a Warrior course. The place can get packed on weekends. The place can use a bigger area for parents or for non-jumpers.

Thanks for the review! We do have a 'Chill Zone' for all of our non-jumpers or parents to relax in whilst your guests enjoy there jump. We even have massage chairs in there for you to use as you catch up on TV.

Just about all of us have been there for some kids party or something. It's clean and appears to be well maintained. The staff also appear to be pretty good about safety and rules. Mostly staffed by teenagers or early twenty-somethings, they seem to be good with the kids. The staff that helps with the birthday parties are friendly and nice. I cannot imagine handling this many of other peoples children for a job so my hat is off to them.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for kids, especially parties.

What they dont disclose is that you can also get seriously injured at this place, hence the waiver you have to sign, in order to use their facility. A friend of mine got a serious knee injury in January 2020, almost had his leg amputated due to his severe injury, and has had 5 surgeries with one more left to do, and is still in the nursing home at this moment. Usually one would believe that only athletes can get serious knee injuries, when in fact you are more likely to get injuries at a place like this. As fun as it may be, caution still needs to be taken at a place like this!!Be warned!

Refuse to stop charging my card. I have been fighting with them for over 4 months. I get one set of charges reversed and they charge again.

We decided to take our 3 year old grandchild here and I had as much, if not more fun than he did. Our older grandkids will love it. You can jump, be silly, run across the trampoline beds and flop over the barriers too.

Had my son's 8th birthday party there and they made him feel like a king. Extremely organized, VERY clean, our hostess was phenomenal and the kids adored her and the party just bounced their hearts out. It is pricey and you can't bring in outside food except for cake but it was worth it. I hate dirty, outdated chaotic places for my kids to go. This was top notch. Just be aware that it will cost a little more to get better service and a more organized event. Will definitely be going back. The only downside was the parking, took a while to find a spot and we were there 40 minutes prior to the party.

we had a really nice time bouncing around with family with kids ages 4-16. The staff is friendly and helpful and most important keep the kids safe. The place is clean and spacious with plenty of jumping space. There are several areas with different activities and I like the way the dodge ball is divided by ages. We did the 60 min pass which was just perfect. My kids really enjoyed it and we will definitely come back!

Sky Zone just opened a new location near our home. Having tweens with too much energy on a cold day during Christmas break, we needed something to do. Sky Zone is located in a business park area near York & Timonium roads. Plenty of free, well-lit parking. Since it is new, the enitre facility was in excellent shape. Clean.
Very confusing process on how this all worked though. You walk in and need to go to the KIOSK area first to electronically sign waivers for the kids. THEN, get in line and wait to pay for admission and turn in your waivers. Be warned, all participants need to wear their special SKY socks which are NOT included in the admission price. Once you pay, you are given a sticker with a particular time to enter and exit the attraction area. This is great! Really allows people to enjoy themselves without overcrowding.
Parents / non-participants can relax on comfortable seating throughout the facility or at tables & chairs closeby. They can also keep their street shoes on and walk through the play areas and see all the action. There are 6 different "rooms" for play. Each with a different theme or idea. Foam pit, Bounce, Basketball, Dodgeball, ect. There were plenty of attentive "refs" to make sure everyone was following the rules.
The facility has nice bathrooms and HUGE partyrooms. It is really loud and bright in there - so be warned if you are sensitive to this. A small snack counter offers reasonably snacks and drinks. If this place had a little more direction when you come in and what to do, it would have received 5 stars from me. It was time consuming and we missed the cut off for our desired play time so we just stood around waiting for an extra half an hour.
I am sure we will be back at some point. EXCELLENT exercise!

Went for a family party today and overall had a good time . The girl who coordinated our party was Diandre (sp?) and I was sooo happy we got her to work with . Unfortunately, everyone else I dealt with had a poor attitude . They were busy and overbooked so our party ran behind some , which is fine. However, when requesting accommodations to make up for the time, the girl with the piercing above the middle of her lip, had a attitude and a nasty face and replied " did you pay for that" . I understand rules must be enforced but the way she replied was unnecessarily rude . And the same thing happened with the employee working the front desk when we asked for water ... three employees just standing there doing nothing. They laughed at us when we asked for a cup of water and told us we could buy water . They continued to tell us they had a water fountain and didn't do courtesy cups . The reason we asked for water from behind the counter was because we witnessed another child licking the Water fountain spout . We informed the employees and they just laughed at us without concern . Point of the matter is that I can respect rules. I can't respect people who walk around salty with attitudes and have no customer service skills . Seems like some power struggles. They were just too happy to say no instead of pretending to be happy to help you ( as you should in any other customer service job) . But once again, our party coordinator was awesome so we were thankful to have her cause bad attitudes like that can ruin someones day/party.

Dear Diandre,
Firstly, I want to apologize for your recent experience in finding some of my staff 'rude'. I will personally be dealing with all of these individuals who provided you with a negative experience. It is apparent they may need some extra mentoring and training to provide our 'WOW" guest experience! It is great to hear your party host was attentive and could provide amazing customer service. They will be recognized for this, so thank you.
Thank you for visiting and for writing a review in regards to your experience.
Kind regards,
Stefanie Belcher
