Service and Upkeep have declined. Sand Traps are basically dirt. Surprising. This is a high caliber facility that has not been maintained.

I’m a member..: joined when I moved to town last year. I could not be happier. The course design(s) and upkeep are head and shoulders above the other 6-8 courses I’ve played between Easton and Washington DC. Right now the courses are both incredibly lush and well kept. They used the shutdown time to make sure they were in tip-top condition. And the staff is GREAT!

We played the course the last day in April of 2018. We enjoyed the layout and found it to be challenging. Course was in good shape with lots of wildlife, especially deer. We must have seen between 80-100 deer during our 18 holes. The greens were nice, fairways were in overall decent shape. The biggest issue all of us had was the price to play this course, which was twice as much as we would play for other similar courses. The staff was friendly and professional, but is way overpriced.

Easy to get to off higheay 301/50. After winning a few dollars from your foursome, go across the highway and buy sometimg for your wife at the Queenstown outlet. If not they have a very nice pro shop- buy a drink to thank your friends. Call ahead for reservations- especially on weekends and 4:00 tee time. 18 holes will take 4-5 hours. Some holes are intimidating- so have more than two balls in your bag ; ) .

The golf coarse is well kept by the staff. Theirs a little cafe to buy sandwiches, hotdogs, breakfast, and drinks. They also have girls driving around on golf carts with drinks for purchase so you don't have to interrupt your experience.

Attended a golf outing with 24 friends and had a great time although as always could have played better. From the Tips the River course is long, especially with 2 inches of rain the day before. Course in decent shape however typical of courses with a lot of outings, very few people fix ball marks on the greens so they tend to be slow and marked up. EVERYONE should fix a ball mark or two when the are on the green whether your mark or not. Ladies at snack bar do a nice job and very well stocked pro shop.

Well maintained fairways and greens, just hate when they aerate greens...putting is useless. Love both courses, for practice and playing.

Second time I have played Queenstown Harbor and it's a really great course. Specifically, I play the River Course and it's worth the greens fees. Great views of the Chester River on some holes. Not the most challenging course out there but definitely some holes to make you think about keeping the driver in the bag and lay up so you don't end up in the crap. Definitely enjoy playing here.

Played the Lakes Course. Decided on the Lakes over the River because it seemed the less difficult course but the course is not a push over.

The course is in tremendous shape. The greens were beautiful and ran true and smooth. The course was busy but we never felt rushed or crowded and played a comfortable sub 4-hour round. The layout really allows groups to spread out playing in relative privacy. There is plenty of water on the course. A few forced carries over water and several over waste areas and tall grass. The front nine plays more wooded and feels tighter than the back nine. It's a good test of golf without being ridiculous. We bought a yardage book ($5) which really helped as we were not familiar with the course. Shot a net 1-under par so it plays true to your handicap.

There is only one hole where you can see the river even though it is right there. We saw lots and lots of very tame deer, geese and even a fox. That was an added bonus.

The pro shop staff is wonderful and allowed us to demo a Callaway driver on the course. They also have a driving range with unlimited golf balls, two putting areas, and a short game area for chipping out to about 30 yards from the green and practice bunkers.

Golf is a little more expensive than most but they work hard (and succeed) at providing a lot of added value to your round. No complaints. Play this course when you are in the area.

Queens town Harbor has two courses-River and Lakes-and both are great. The River Course is the more difficult of the two and the wind off the Chester River will definitely come into play. The Lakes Course is a little less difficult, but, as the name implies, there is some water, but it's not always in play. Be prepared for plentiful wildlife with deer, herons and turkeys around the course. I have always found both courses to be in outstanding condition and the folks in the pro shop have always been very accommodating. Be aware that they do not take tee times for singles, but they can almost always get you out on one of the courses.
