We visited Wye Island on Cinco de Mayo. I went with my brother and two friends. We loved it, the only issue was the cliffs. Now, I'm not one of those people who's all like "Oh no! it's a Cliff!!" We loved to play on cliffs, but, sometimes things happen. The only reason I put a warning is that my brother fell and broke his arm. The cliffs slowly rise. there mostly safe, but they were 20 feet where my brother fell. We did the Jack in the pulpit trail. So have a great time! If you have little kids, I would suggest not letting them play on the cliffs on the Jack in the pulpit trail. Have fun at Wye Island!

What a beautiful park. It has lots of walking trails and hardly a soul in sight. Lots of nice scenery and most of all serenity! You do run together with the horse trails sometimes and the mud is deep! No way around it...great for kids, too. Bumped into a really really old holly bush, now tree. Amazing!
