Stand Up Paddle Boarding (or SUP) is a fast growing sport. SUP provides a full body workout for everyone regardless of your fitness level. We have brought this sport to the Eastern Shore and Kent Island area. We offer rentals, lessons and fitness classes on the SUP. We are located in a beautiful environmental center where you may see a bald eagle flying overhead.

Family fun, great sight seeing
Overall great time, good equipment, a bit of a walk but good path, wear bug spray. Try the SUP! My clumsy butt did, you can too, good core work out
