Well maintained campground with paved roads and level campsites. The campgound and marina sit on the water and have kayaks and canoes for rent. My only regret is that water is not offered at all sites and there is only 30 amp service. There are...More

Very clean camp ground. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Great dock for fishing and crabbing, as well as plenty of kayaks to rent and sit see.

This was my 3rd stay in a tent at this campground. This time it was myself and my 2 boys (12 and 5). We've stayed for 6 days (longest we've ever done) and still wished we've stayed longer. When camping in a tent, I'd recommend...More

Bring our kayaks here for a day in the marshland and island. Beautiful and enjoyable. Just beware of the biting green heads. Got me a few times even though I sprayed.

Very quiet except for birds. Nice place with nature center, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Great place to take family camping.

Although the nature center was not yet open for the season, the ranger opened it for us and we enjoyed a look around. We could see how it would be enjoyable in the season especially for children.

Walked along river and climbed observation tower. Hiked on wooded trail but map handout does not show zigzag turns, so difficult to follow. Nice little store, friendly staff.

Have no idea about RV rentals but I hear they have 4 cabins right there. Check it out. Many campgrounds have cabins.
