A short stay, started in the small but well done Visitor Center. On duty aid very helpful, provided tips and maps, etc. Visited the Farmers market, walked High Street shops and Chester River historic homes. Cloudy hot day but overall a very nice visit.

They were extremely helpful and generous with the literature. I was planning to bring 28 people down with a car club and the lady was very generous with the literature.

Wasn't quite sure where St Paul's church with the grave of Tallulah Bankhead was. The person inside told us exactly how to get there.

Since there was no information in our chain hotel about this wonderful town, we were happy to find the visitor center. They can provide good tips about touring Chestertown and surrounding Kent County.
