This is a huge park with a nice lake, they have paddle boats and fishing, there are playgrounds for the children plus acres of running room. I do miss the fireworks that used to be here, now at PG Stadium

We love going to the park to walk and run around the lake, play at the playground, visit Bowie Fest (in June), ride the paddle boats, and go ice skating. There are also concerts, movie nights, a skate park and plenty of sports fields.

Nice place for a walk around the water. The distance is pretty short though, so you have to get creative to get some real distance!
