What a beautiful walk! We have done it twice: once after a long Parkman Mountain hike in good weather and another time after heavy rainfall in June. The emerald grass was so bright and sparkling after the rain, huge rain drops like looked like shining...More

Used to be wonderful place, but the park rangers have ruined it. They send too many people here now. They also put up ugly barriers along the summit which are not really needed. Stay away.

1,4 miles there and back mostly along the same path with a small loop at the end, where there's access to the rocky coastline (and tide pools). Look for seabirds on the Long Ledge islets. The trees are less dense than those along the Ship...More

Our kids loved this easy walk through mossy woods to the shore. Then, they had fun jumping on the rocks and exploring the tidal pools. Definitely worth it. The walk is pretty quick, but allow time to wander.

You park and walk to the ocean through a path and it is gorgeous. This is an easy little hike. Pretty level walk.

We included this trail on a day on "The Quiet Side". Easy trail. Rocky shoreline, tidal pools - all worth seeing.

The trail goes through the woods to stunning views of open ocean and of a bay. It's easy to walk, and the reward of arrival at the open vista is truly wonderful.

A very easy hike of a little over a mile out and back. Takes you down to the shore where you can sit on the rocks. Most of the other hikes in the area are more difficult. Good parking - both in a small lot...More

Nice flat easy trail that opens out on the coast line. Had a nice time just meandering around the tide pools. Be very careful on the seaweed on the rocky shoreline it can be as slick as oil. There is a small parking lot at...More

Don’t miss this easy fun trail to the beach. Parking was right on the road in a tiny lot and the walk is about half to 3/4 of a mile round-trip. There were some mosquitoes
