We had a great trip, Captain Bob even talked to my daughter about marine biology. The day started out raining but by our 4pm time slot the sun was shinning and the wind was good.

We spent a weekend at the Rockland Lobsterfest and scheduled a 4:00 sail around the bay. We had a great time and got lucky with some perfect winds! Beautiful boat with a very capable captain and crew. Definitely a highlight of our weekend.

Beautiful sail in the Penobscot Bay. Captain Bob was a great host and very entertaining. Great way to see Owls Head and Rockland Breakwater lighthouses.

We had a wonderful time on our sailing expedition and learned a lot about the area. Definitely worth the time to spend some time on the water with folks that live in the area sharing lots of good stories.

Bob tailored the trip to meet our interests and provided interesting history of the area and information about sailing in general. The children got a chance to "sail" the boat. Great trip!

We had a great time on the sail. All 3 kids (age 9, 13 & 13) enjoyed! We loved seeing the beautiful coastline.

The only bad thing was the weather. Very foggy so couldn't see much. They/we tried to make the best of it.

The typical cost is $40 per person. It is a good idea to call ahead for reservations. Bring cash, as they do not accept credit cards. This will be the best $40 you will ever spend!
