This is a lovely area at the beginning (or end) of the Marginal Way - walkway along the coast of Ogunquit. Lots of little shops and restaurants. A place to take a boat tour, fishing or just general sight seeing. There is a free parking lot the fills up fast and other next to it for a fee. This trip... More

Spent a nice afternoon enjoying the beautiful area. Lots to do, or just sit and relax. Plenty of spots to eat, drink, or shop.

Always one of my favorite places to walk around and enjoy the sights. A must go destination!! Bring your camera and enjoy the draw bridge and fishing boats that are always plentiful here. Handicapped friendly.

We walked around Perkins Cove going into the little shops. There are a few restaurants, a candy shop, clothing shops, a toy shop and a Maine souvenir shop. It is a great place to walk around and enjoy the day.

Beautiful little cove with shops and restaurants that allow one to browse. I imagine that in the summer it is busy and parking may be an issue

Although parking is a bear, it is worth it to keep trying. If not you can go to the other end of Marginal way and walk the cliff side looking at the ocean while strolling to Perkins cove. There is a Draw bridge that is controlled by who ever is on the bridge, if a boat honks find the button... More

About as protected a cove that a boater might find on the coast of Maine. Almost to scenic in that it can be overcrowded at times. Some nice restaurants and interesting shops. Several good sized parking lots BUT either full or expensive. Still well worth a visit if you are on the coast of Maine. It is at one end... More

Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, Maine is a classic New England ocean town. There are lots of little shops and restaurants here, and the view is amazing. People are very friendly, and you can make a half day or full day of it if you branch out and walk the Marginal Way, or the main road down to the center of... More
