I love sitting and watching the Tide and even the boats that visit the water. Round trip walking on that beach is easy to achieve and... More

I've seen this beach in the Spring and in the Winter. We haven't had the chance to swim, but it is a beautiful spot to walk. The sand is smooth, there are lots of little tide pools with snails and other creatures, the houses nearby are beautiful. I technically visited the smaller beach to the south of the main beach... Beautiful beach. Easy to kayak and swim. The beach is extremely wide, never feel too crowded and the view is absolutely serene.

The church was open and we spent time in a beautiful rock church restored by the Bushes. The outdoor chapel inspiring. Awesome visit to their home, too.

The one most people call 'Kennebunk Beach' is actually called 'Gooch's Beach' and it is the largest and sandiest of the three. The second 'beach' is called 'middle beach and it is mostly rocks and not very populated. The third beach is farther... More

We stay on this beach every summer. Unparalleled beauty. Love taking the dog to play before 8 and after 5.

We were here when it was too cold to go in the water in September but good beach access to walk. Parking is limited, during summer you have to get a pass.

We arrive as the hurricane was pulling out to sea. The waves were high and wild, but the sea was beautiful against the amazing white sand beach that stretched in a long, narrow arc for about a mile.
